ERHS Achieves at FFA Convention

East Robertson High School recorded several major achievements at the State FFA Convention in Gatlinburg this past week.

On Wednesday Morning March 29, the eight state officers were nominated and confirmed by the delegate body.

Will Gregory, a 2016 graduate of East Robertson and current freshman at UTM was elected State Treasurer for 2017-18. Will is currently an Agriculture Education major and plans to become a Ag Teacher. He is currently receiving a Dean's scholarship of 4000 dollars a year and will receive an additional 2500 dollars for 2017-18 as a result of his election. During his year of service, he will make chapter visits across the state, speak with leaders in the ag industry, work at FFA Leadership Camp and be an advocate for the 14,000 members of Tennessee FFA. Gregory is just the second state officer ever elected from ERHS.
